A concentrated, Rosewater herbal blend, conditioner that removes mineral and chemical buildup left over from hard country well water and chemically treated city water.
It detangles, conditions and strengthens hair.
Sun Fade Brighteners have been added.
It is Allergy Tested and Dermatologist Reviewed and can be used on Horse, Human, Livestock and Pets.
