Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Refunds for faulty or damaged items follow Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Details

• Refunds are for the product only; postage is not included unless the item was faulty.
• Original shipping cost for freight-free items may be deducted.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• A 6% Afterpay fee applies for non-faulty returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for unused products with all tags and labels attached. Standard postage applies for sending exchanged items.

We are not responsible for goods lost in return transit.
